Biography
Dr. Aaron Kornblith is a dual board-certified general and pediatric emergency physician. Through the course of his career he has sought methods to improve the care of sick and injured children. In 2013, Dr. Kornblith focused his attention on improving the care of injured children by traveling and educating clinicians around the world. He learned the care of children is directly correlated with the expertise and confidence of a provider. The state of emergency medicine is in constant flux as new diagnostic strategies are constantly emerging. In the age of technology, Dr. Kornblith sought ways to bring expertise and confidence through knowledge to clinicians.
Research Interests
Dr. Kornblith is focused on improved emergency diagnostics for injured children by developing and validating risk stratification tools. These tools focus on advanced data analytics, deep learning for computer vision techniques, and novel hardware design.

Goals for the Future
Dr. Kornblith's goals are to find a corner of emergency medicine in which he can make a real improvement in care. Also, he wants to summit every tall peak in the Western United States.
