Biography

Margaret Lin-Martore, MD, is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Departments of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at UCSF. She is the Director of Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals-San Francisco, and is a Bridges Coach and Co-Director of the Physician Identity Weeks for the UCSF School of Medicine. Dr. Lin-Martore is interested in developing innovative curricula around Pediatric Emergency Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) applications. She is interested in medical education and in examining and defining competency in POCUS and in procedural skills education, as well as motivation for life-long learning. She is also an LGBTQ+ mentor at UCSF.
